Tang Soo Do is a traditional Korean martial art that focuses on
striking using both hands and feet for self defense. The goal of Tang
Soo Do however is to create a student who is open minded, balanced,
confident and disciplined. Someone who in times of need has the
knowledge, confidence and mental strength to resolve conflict without
force and who in everyday situations has the patience to minimize
conflict.
Tang Soo Do also creates

quantitative mentally and spiritually, helping contribute to a greater
